Refund policy

We offer a 15 days no questions asked return and refund policy. 

Please courier back to us the product in original packaging to our address at "D 128 Ansa Industrial Estate, Saki Vihar Road, Andheri East, Mumbai 400072" and email info@drcharcoal.in the tracking details.

Once our office receives your courier we will check for the product count and packaging and will process the refund within 2 business days.

The refund will be issued via bank transfer to your account for COD orders and via your original payment mode used for prepaid orders
